After a really, really nice holiday week, we're headed home tomorrow morning. Among lots of other activities, I abandoned about 200 artworks on paper in and around Galtür (restaurants, hotel, mountains, along hiking paths, etc.). I hope some of them get picked up and will be enjoyed by their new owners.

From time to time, when I have accumulated a lot of paper, I like to make my own sketchbooks. So yesterday I spent all day cutting and sewing. Very easy construction, and I don't even bother with covers. There are some yummy papers here, Fabriano Artistico hot pressed (this has got to be my favorite paper ever), Hahnemühle Bamboo, Canson Mi-Teintes, and a heavy Boesner in store brand drawing paper. I guess I'm all set for a while now.
